• You will not upload to this service’s rotation. This includes any nudity or unacceptable material.

• At times the services may be delivered at a date that is later than what was stated on the website. This is normal. If this happens you can contact our support and they will work to find a solution. Late delivery will not result in a refund.
• You will not get a refund for late delivery.
• We do not guarantee the exact number you purchase. You may receive a few more or a few less. If you receive less, contact customer service.
• When you use this service, it’s at your own risk. We are not responsible for anything that occurs because of using our service. It’s 100% your own (the buyer/customer) risk.
• There is no affiliation between Gramifly and Instagram nor is there a connection between any third-party entity associated with Instagram.
• People might in some cases unfollow. If this happens, feel free to contact our support. They will probably find a suitable solution. You do not have the right to claim a refund in this case.
• Users may be inactive, or they may not be real humans.

PayPal

• When you purchase our products you agree and understand that you will not file a dispute for fraudulence with PayPal or a bank or credit card company.
• If you do file a fraudulent claim or open a dispute, unauthorized transaction, chargeback, we have the rights to reset your likes and followers to zero. We can also block your account or permanently ban the IP address of your account.
• We will not issue a partial or full refund for any service failures, interruptions or for any other reason that services were not delivered.
• When you purchase from this website, you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service and state to not break any of PayPal's rules.

You will not run any other marketing campaigns while Gramifly campaign is running.

We use available public statistics so we can measure the outcomes of our campaigns. If other marketing campaigns are running when we do it interferes with out results. If you only run Gramifly campaign, then you agree that we are responsible for every follower, fan, comment, view, visit, like and vote that you gain.

Refund policy

As Gramifly is offering an irrevocable and non-tangible goods we do not provide refunds once the order is finished and sent. As a customer it is your responsibility to understand this when you make a purchase.

We do understand that circumstances can occur with regard to the product we provide and the character of it.

As such, we honor requests for refund for the following reasons only:

Complete non-delivery of the product. The process can be slower than expected and the order may finish later than expected. If this happens, contact customer service for assistance. If services were not delivered at all, you must submit a claim to our support department in 7 days from the date the order was placed. If you do not, the campaign will be viewed as completed.

Product not as it was described. If you believe the product was not as described, you must report this to customer service within 7 days of the date that you purchased it. You must provide clear evidence that the purchased product was not as described. If your complaint is false or based solely on your prescription, there will be no refund.

As we are in the internet delivery service, we cannot guarantee when our website will be functioning or available.

Governing Law

Any claim related to Gramifly’s Website shall be governed by the laws of in without regards to its conflict of law provisions.
